How a Community in Spain Solved Their Space Crisis with a 5-in-1 Multisport Court

Last year, LDK Padel received an inquiry from a residential community manager in the suburbs of Madrid, Spain. The community had a small, unused area of approximately 220 square meters.

The residents were divided. The growing popularity of Padel in Spain meant adults were demanding a professional court. Meanwhile, the local teenagers desperately wanted a space for football (futsal) and basketball.

3. Hybrid Flooring: We used a specific high-density artificial grass that provides the correct ball bounce for Padel tennis while being durable enough for football cleats.

"The court is the busiest spot in our neighborhood," the client reported. "In the mornings, the local school uses it for basketball training. In the evenings, it books out for Padel matches.
